About TRACKtech

Technology built for accountability, connection, and better outcomes.

SteadySignal is powered by TRACKtech — a technology company supporting communication, accountability, documentation, reporting, and workflow visibility for public-sector and community-based programs.

Why TRACKtech exists

TRACKtech was built around a simple idea: the people and agencies doing the hardest work in communities deserve technology that actually helps them do it better.

That means helping agencies improve lives, strengthen accountability, and support the staff carrying the daily weight of follow-up, documentation, outreach, and coordination.

Too many programs rely on phone tag, spreadsheets, memory, and paper to manage the work that happens between formal contacts. TRACKtech exists to give those teams structured, reliable tools that match the seriousness of the work they do.

From community supervision to behavioral health and reentry support

TRACKtech was built in the kind of field-based environments where accountability, documentation, and follow-through are not administrative extras, they are the job.

Community-based program coordination workspace

Built in justice, supervision, and public safety

TRACKtech's earliest tools were designed for community supervision, justice-involved populations, and public safety agencies. Environments where missed contacts, lost documents, and broken follow-up loops have real consequences.

Extending into recovery, behavioral health, and reentry

SteadySignal extends that foundation into recovery and SUD programs, behavioral health providers, rural health and FQHCs, Medicaid/MCO reentry coordination, and coalition-based partnerships. Wherever teams need structured follow-up between formal contacts.

What we believe

Five principles that guide how TRACKtech builds technology and supports the teams that use it.

People First

Technology should serve the people doing the work and the people they are trying to help. Every feature, workflow, and design decision starts with the human impact.

Accountability With Dignity

Accountability does not have to be punitive. The best systems support people in meeting their obligations while preserving their dignity and agency.

Operational Clarity

Programs need to see what is happening across their caseloads — who is engaged, who needs follow-up, what was done, and where the gaps are. Clarity drives better decisions.

Practical Implementation

Technology that cannot be implemented, adopted, and sustained by real teams in real environments does not help anyone. We build for practical deployment, not demos.

Review Readiness

Public-sector programs face audits, reviews, and oversight. The tools they use should support clean documentation, clear reporting, and the ability to explain what happened and when.
